At Home Pulse, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
